Using this site means agreeing to what follows. It is short because the service is narrow.
Software for organising a sports pool among people who know each other. We publish schedules, scores and the lines a pool grades against, we count picks, and we keep the standings. That is the whole product.
Rules on pools vary by state and by country, and an office pool that is ordinary in one place can be unlawful in another. Whether your pool is legal where you and your members live is your commissioner’s call, not ours, and running one here is not us saying that it is.
A commissioner sets the rules, the entry limit and the dues, invites and removes members, and marks who has paid. Anything a commissioner changes after a lock is written into the pool’s chat automatically and cannot be hidden. Being the commissioner does not let you see anybody’s picks before their game starts.
Schedules, scores and lines come from third parties and are occasionally wrong or late. We grade against the line frozen for your pool at the time it locked, not whatever the number moved to afterwards. If a source corrects a score, a regrade will follow and your standings will change. We do not guarantee that any of it is accurate or that the site is available when you want it — including on a Sunday.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it — a missed pick, a misgraded game, an outage, or a dispute with your pool about money we never held. If some part of this is unenforceable where you live, the rest still stands.
You can stop using the site whenever you like, and delete your account from the account page. We can suspend an account that abuses other members or attacks the service.
