The whole of running a pool is chasing two lists. Filter to the people who have not picked yet, or the ones who have not settled up, and mark them off as they do. Nobody else sees the money column.
The board everyone checks on Monday
Search it, pin the people you care about, and see who is running hot. Scores land on their own as games finish, so nobody is waiting on somebody to update a sheet.
Making picks
Tap a side. The spread, the records, and what the weather is doing are all on the row, so nobody has to open three tabs. Go on - these ones work, and nothing is saved.
Survivor, and the teams you have already spent
One team a week and they have to win outright. The hard part is never this week - it is that you cannot use a team twice, so the easy wins run out and the board thins itself.
The whole tournament on one wall chart
Sixty-three games picked before the first tip, points doubling each round. Busted picks grey out as teams go out, so the board shows what is still reachable rather than what you hoped for in March.
